Kent is 4 years old and now he is finishing his JUMP book. Taking things slow and moderate is the key. Subtraction of 100 is really challenging for him and sometimes he makes mistakes. Making mistakes is a part of learning, through them you will realize different things.
Courtney is very confident with her Abacus Skills especially Multiplicatuion and Division. She is now focusing on doing Receipts which is also one of the skills reinforced in doing Abacus Calculations.
Gael is very determined when he gets his focus into something. He sometimes forgets what should be done but he is getting along just fine.
T. Mei is teaching Rye on how to do Division since she can memorize multipication now. Rye attends classes on the weekdays and she has more oppurtunity to do Abacus Lessons and try to master Multiplication and Division.
These young ladies try everything in their will to finish as many questions as possible for they have been pressured with time.
T. Carol is teaching Kaisei a new lesson about “Transform”. This is a very important stage in Abacus Calculations for this will be one of the fundamental steps used in Abacus.
After some struggle, Paulo is finally done with his First 3 Abacus Books.
In his next lesson. he will be seated in Timer Group and woud be pressured with time in order to finish 20 questions.
Study and have fun after. I probably think that this is the motto of our A.S Fortuna students. Every Sunday, they get to attend an hour of Abacus Lesson.
Some are in HOP, the others are in STEP and JUMP and a few in th Timer Group.
